Transport policy
We are the transportation department and we start preparing for distribution at 1:00 p.m. on the day of the event.
Customers within 5 km will be delivered on the same day by our own delivery service.
For customers weighing more than 5 kilos, we carefully pack the food and hand it over to the delivery person, who ships it via refrigerated or frozen delivery.
Return Policy
①If you are dissatisfied with the product upon arrival, please contact us within 1 day, leaving a photo of the product.
②We will not be able to refund your money if more than 1 day has passed after the arrival of the merchandise.
